Go Commercial Finance Ltd appoints 2 new members of staff to help accelerate its growth plans through 2018
The South Wales Commercial Finance Brokerage grew by almost 50% in 2017 and is on the path to same this year. Last month Go Commercial Finance Ltd extended its panel of lenders by adding Atom bank.
Go Commercial Finance Ltd has appointed 2 new members of staff and created a new role, that of Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) combined with underwriter. Its appointee, James Jenkins, has had a long career with RBS, which included over 6 years as a senior relationship manager. He specialised in organising finance for customers who want to build and expand their investment portfolios.
The BDM underwriter role has been created to streamline the process for brokers.
In addition, Go Commercial Finance Ltd has appointed Simon Perrin as a Business Finance Consultant, based in the Gwent area to support its growth plans. Simon’s approach seeks to inspire and help businesses to become the best they can possibly be, to achieve growth and stand out against competitors and will be working with Go Commercial Finance Ltd to help it achieve improved results.
David Vieira, MD of Go Commercial Finance Ltd, said: “We started the new year with a clear strategy of offering our expertise to the IFA & broker market. An area we have not worked in before. Brokers are told that they are dealing with experienced commercial finance professionals when this is not often the case. We have over 55 years’ experience within the commercial mortgage and property lending market from the appointment of James Jenkins and our recent appointment of Ian Tovey-Head of Property Lending at Go Commercial Finance. (Ex NatWest Property) re-affirms this. The appointment of key people will aid our ambitious growth plans through 2018. We have achieved exceptional growth the last 2 years have moved into larger office space as a result; now we want to keep this momentum going.
Key to us is to ensure that brokers and their clients get the loans that they want, in a way and the timescales that they need. If we continue to get this right then Go Commercial Finance Ltd itself continues to grow exponentially. Our latest appointments will undoubtedly help us to provide that exceptional level of service and continue our ambitious growth plans.”
